... A slice of history...
... An intensive diagnostic exercise...
... Significant learning for the future...

Welcome to the most action-filled follow-up training program available. Designed for graduates of Situational Leadership®, Twelve O'Clock High is a one-day workshop based on Twentieth Century Fox's classic award-winning film starring Gregory Peck. The film has frozen a time in history to provide a firsthand view of how leadership can impact an organization or group.

Through a mix of personal assessment and group decision-making, participants increase their leadership diagnostic skills. Emphasis is placed on personnel evaluation as well as establishing valid performance criteria. Watching first-hand how leadership can impact an organization, or group, Twelve O'Clock High broadens the application of the Situational Leadership® Model.

Clients have described this training as an action packed, high-powered day. It leaves participants intellectually and emotionally challenged, but ready to implement their learning.
